My wife is a very attractive woman which makes it very hard to -hold it back- during intercourse. We-ve been married 6 years (together for 7) and I-m still not -used to her.- I think that-s a good thing that she gets my motor running but since the beginning I-m always -running out of gas- far too early. Is there a device (NO CREAMS OR SPRAYS!!!) or techniques I can buy that will help me to last longer without going so soon? You will ejaculate prematurely if you are not good at controlling yourself. It has nothing to do with your wife being attractive. It is your -short cumming- and you need to fix it. Creams and sprays will not work. Either see a urologist or try to practice -stop and go- method. During your love making, every time you feel that the pressure is building and you are about to shoot your load, pull -it- out and squeeze hard at the base of your penis head. You may soften slightly but it will stop your climax. Think about anything else except sex. When the climax subsides, continue your love making. Repeat this every time. You are not going to be a champ over night and you will need co-operation from your wife, but slowly you will see yourself lasting longer. Eventually you will be able to do it without withdrawing and squeezing.
do kegel exercises, as you strengthen your pc muscles focus on your whole ejaculation reflex and learn to control it, or at least be aware of when your going to blow so you can slow down and keep going.
