Both guesses can be wrong. It-s more likely an emotional problem. And you may not want to hear this, but you may have contributed, if accidentally. My wife used to nag me. I don-t think premature ejaculation would indicate cheating. If anything, it-d be the other way around, if he-s cheating, he-d be slower or less interested. Pre-mature ejac happens under intense circumstances, like not having other sex, or being anxious, or very sensitive to touch or provocative thought or from something totally uncontrollable physically.
No, that happens to some guys. If he was cheating, he wouldn-t even be into having sex because he would be getting it somewhere else.
