Could I get rid of premature ejaculation if I have my frenulum surgically cut? -

Whenever I have sexual intercourse and my penis gets hard, my glan feels really sensitive. During this time it get so sensitive I can-t control the release of my sperm. Physicians have coined my condition as premature ejaculation. In addition to my problem, my glan is sensitive when its in motion (doggy style postion and etc) and when its inside a female vagina (especially if she is wet). Release of my sperm cannot be controlled mentally in these 2 types of situations. I did some research and the problem could be that my frenulum is still intact to my glan. Is it worth it to lose my pleasure of my current sexually orgasim to only trade it off for extended ammount of time during fornication to pleasure the girls I go out with? My friends can-t even help me with this question because they had their frenulums removed when they were born. Will I lose the sensitivity of m glans if I get it removed? And will it interfere with my future status of performing fornication as I get older? HELP ME
NO! The glans and the frenulum are the two most pleasurable parts. The equivalent is like asking a woman to cut off her clit! NOOOOOOOOO!

Just use a desensetizing gel and put some into the inside of your condom.

That is, unless you really don-t like sex.

as opposed to a male vagina?
uncircumcised penises have a more sensitive head, if u cut it you probably will last longer, there for taking some pleasure away from yourself but giving more to you lover =)
