i want to last long when masturbating n during sex...can anyone help me? i heard abwt counting n finkin about something useless during th tym and stuff but it dont work..im doing the pelvic muscle exercise dnt know if its working or not yet.. help please

i had a look in d internet n i found that masturbating frequently leeads to dat prob. so as d source said dat v sud hav sex or masturbate 2-3 times a week
n dat will or may dis prob
