Is premature ejaculation a real issue? -
I-ve heard a lot about people complaining about premature ejaculation, and the lack of orgasms that it results in. I easily manage to give some five-eight orgasms before I get mine. And I know that it isn-t fake orgasms because a few people have told me the same. Is it really that serious of an issue?? I can-t understand this problem. Can someone explain this?P.S: I want answers from a scientific of biological point of view - not a disgusting answer from a pervert.
For a lot of women it is a huge problem that their guys cannot last long enough to give them their own orgasm.

it can be a real problem if your partner isn-t satisfied, some men shoot off before even entering a woman , but that is a mental thing, physically , I can -t see where it is a problem but hey you-re not going to get many women if your done before they get started.
You need to state how long and how fast you thrust to determine premature ejaculation. If it-s less than 5 min yes you have a problem. If it-s 10-15 min you need t learn some self control. Longer than 20 min you-re just fine.
