Ejaculation volume? -
Sometimes when I ejaculate it has a high volume... but that-s like 2/10 or or something... How do I get it to be like... More and add more volume because with the volume I have it appears to be... Not normal... Anyways... Any help?Thanks in advance...

Fresh fruits and veges and dark greens and zinc supplements (pharmaceutical grade if you can get it) and a high quality protein supplement. Then allow it to build up for several days.
But don-t expect it to be -full volume- all the time.
OK. If you want to increase your ejaculation volume here-s what you do: Don-t masturbate for 2-3 days, no matter what.
Then after the 3 days are over, masturbate again.
- trust me, the volume increases by at least 3 times then from what you usually get right now.
Do it, trust me, It works.
Go right to the point where you can-t hold it anymore and then ease off for a minute and then work your way back up. Do that for about two, three or however many times you can hold up and boy oh boy will there be fountains going off!
