Anus hurts during ejaculation? -
Im only 16 and a few months ago after i ejaculated a brief pain in my anus only for a few seconds. I didn-t take much notice to this but its happened a few times since then. It rarely happens, (maybe once every one or two months) and it doesnt last very long. I dont want to go to the doctors or anything, and i doubt i have prostate cancer or anything, im too young for that. Does anyone know the problem? Thanks.
i do my best to answer questions but so often a real diagnosis requires examination and some answers to questions.
I first want to say that it is possible that you have prostate cancer - being 16 does no make it impossible - it just makes it unlikely. I am not saying that because I want to frighten you just it is a possibility - you can have a blood test to check if that is likely. Called a PSA test. I do no think you have prostate cancer.
How sharp is the pain, where is it located? My own suggestion is that if the pain is in your anus then the most likely cause is something called piles or hemorrhoids. These can come and go according to some factors. If you think this is possible then at this stage I would suggest trying some cream that is suited to that complaint.
Honestly without having a look I cannot be sure.
It depends on the sort of pain. If it-s a sharp or burning pain, get your *** to a doctor (literally, your ***.)
If it-s a general ache or feels like a really weak charlie horse or something, that-s probably just muscle contractions that apparently don-t agree with you. Maybe try doing some kegels or something.
As for all you guys saying -Oh you-re too young for cancer!-, that-s awful advice. It-s highly unlikely that you have prostate cancer at 16, but no one is too young for cancer. I had a malignant brain tumor at age 12, and another guy from my town died of testicular cancer when we were in elementary school. Obviously you shouldn-t be in a panic every time something hurts, but never rule something out based on stupid assumptions relating to age.
If the pain continually occurs, you really should go to the doctor though. Any doc worth his salt isn-t gonna give a ****, and it-s nothing to be embarrassed about. They-re professionals. As long as you don-t go to the ER with a curling iron lodged in there, they won-t even think twice. :P
Maybe you-ve hurt your urethra (tube from prostate to penis). Since nerves from the urethra pass though the abdomen together with the nerves from the rectum. A pain from the urethra is sometimes referred to the anus.
Next time when you masturbate/ejaculate, take care not to use your genitals too rough - urethral lacerations are common among teens.
When you ejaculate, a whole bunch of muscles contract down there. You do not have prostate cancer. I am guessing when I say that it probably happens when you are extremely excited and have a very strong orgasm. This is normal. It will decrease over time. In the meantime, try to relax. It won-t hurt for much longer.

Take your finger out of your anus when you ejaculate.
