Am I suffering from premature ejaculation? -

I am 19 years old and have never had sex. Whenever I am with my girlfriend and when I kiss her and fondle her and get aroused, there is a little discharge of liquid from my penis which definitely is not semen. Is it -Pre-***- which i have heard of?
I also read somewhere that it can be a sign of premature ejaculation i cannot tell because i have never had sex..Please help me state whether i have that problem..I am really scared..

dude, dont be scared. I still get turned on in situations like that, and I-m a few years older and I have a child.
fluid comes out when you get a hard on, its natural.
although masturbation might be a wise option...i recommend that you DO NOT BECOME ADDICTED!

jerk off here and there (when desperately needed)..its healthy.

but try your hardest to realize that you must appreciate your spouse for her love and company.
kiss her and appreciate HER.
practice makes perfect....you will control your *****

you WILL.....control your *****....
Yeah, this precum

No it has nothing to do with Premature Ejaculation.

Stop worrying or will make a problem that doesn-t exist.
try to do masturbation becoz its natural with boys. relax
yo man i am 19 also and have had sex and at first thought i had this problem to but i came across this exercise you can do to increase your performance its called Kegel exercises man look it up in google or something but here is some information on it.

Though most commonly used by women, men can also use Kegel exercises. Kegel exercises are employed to strengthen the pubococcygeal muscle and other muscles of the pelvic diaphragm. Kegels can help men achieve stronger erections and gain greater control over ejaculation.[6] The objective of this may be similar to that of the exercise in women with weakened pelvic floor: to increase bladder and bowel control and sexual function.

Sexual function

Kegel workouts can provide men with stronger erections. Research published in 2005 issue of BJU International, have shown that pelvic floor exercises could help restore erectile function in men with erectile disfunction. There are said to be significant benefits for the problem of premature ejaculation from having more muscular control of the pelvis. It is also possible that strengthening the pelvic floor may allow some men to achieve a form of orgasm without allowing ejaculation, and thereby perhaps reach multiple -climaxes- during sexual activity. In men, this exercise lifts up the testicles, also strengthening the cremaster muscle, as well as the anal sphincter, as the anus is the main area contracted when a Kegel is done. This is because the pubococcygeus muscle begins around the anus and runs up to the urinary sphincter.

So to find out where this muscle is all you have to do is the next time you are urinating try and stop the flow of urine if you succeed you have located it remember how it feels the first couple times you try this because it will eventually weaken the PC muscle which is the opposite effect you are going for. Another way to feel the PC muscle at work is when you get an erection try and move your erect penis up and down you will know what i am talking about when you do it right so all that being said here are exercises you can do to strengthen your PC muscle simply flex your PC muscle for 3 seconds then relax for 3 seconds do that 20-30 repetitions -4 times daily for the first week then start holding your PC flex for 5-8 seconds then relax for 5 seconds 20-30 repetitions 4 times daily and you can do these in either an erect state or in a flaccid state your preference. One last thing dude try and relax about it all cause stress is a really powerful thing it alone could be causing this problem and remember she is probably just as nervous even if she has already had sex before or not . Well thats all, if you have any questions or concerns man let me know ill be glad to help yea out. Best of luck.
