I am looking for a solution for premature ejaculation.. I dont want medicines but the self excercies take long time . am very disapointed.. is there a medicine that i can use for now? with minimum side effeects until i learn how to control ejaculation? can i get it without prescription?

Idont, one way to prevent it is to do a little -batting practice- before the game. Try masturbating a couple of hours before you have sex. This will make you less sensitive and less prone to shoot off too soon.
