It is possible that he will want to go back to her just to prove his manhood, that he has conquered his problem with premature ejaculation because it will have hurt his male pride,having been rejected and scorned about his performance.
However do not forget it was she, that dumped him, and the chances are, she has moved on and is unlikely to have or want him back, so its not his decision, which he knows, so is he likely to risk further humiliation to his already damaged pride. If he is Intelligent enough he should forget about the past and develop his relationship with you.
