I don-t dare to ask this question....but i want to know....when and how do men orgasm? if a man ejaculates, does that mean he had an orgasm? can men fake an orgasm? thanks

Ejaculation is the result of an orgasm. However a man can have an orgasm and not ejaculate if he does not have enough semen.
Anyone can fake anything, however after an orgasm/ejaculation the man-s penis isn-t hard anymore, so if a man fakes he already had his orgasm he-s gonna have to think about something other than sex to have his penis flaccid again which might be hard to do.
I am not a guy BUT I have known quite a few and I was reading only this week about a man who was unable to ejaculate so had been faking it with his wife. He had to see his doctor about it.
As to how a man orgasms. When he is aroused, his member grows and gets harder. If you stoke yourself with the hand gently holding, sliding the hand up and down. It will start to feel better and better. Gradually hold tighter and when you feel really hot and tight - it WILL happen.

Ejaculation comes at about the same time as the orgasm. I don-t think you can ejaculate without having an orgasm, but when you-re just starting puberty, you can have an orgasm without ejaculating (dry orgasm) because your body isn-t producing semen yet.
The orgasm is what triggers the ejaculation. Its possible to orgasm an not ejaculate, thats how multiple orgasms are achieved, and as you probably know men lose their erection once they-ve ejaculated.
Ok. Yes. Male orgasm is when the semen shoots out. It feels awesome. As for faking... there isn-t a guy who would want to.
Yes. ejaculation = orgasm. I dont think we can fake it.
