Whenever i get too excited i *** really fast like 3 minutes, and i-d make up to my wife for the second time sex but she rejects me. It-s really a problem that bothers me alot. The thing is i don-t know how to control it when i get too excited, or i can say that whenever i see female naked, i-ll be like all erected and ready to go on the bed. If i try to shift my focus from her body, it-ll do little help to detain my ejaculation becuz when the erotic scene looms in my head, i-ll *** immediately.
Is this the result of frequent teenage period masturbation, how do you guys control it?food,drugs or other suggestion?
There are many reasons why a man ejaculates too fast. Biologically, men experience climax much earlier than women. They do so 2-3 minutes after penetration, in contrast to women who take their time (about 12-14 minutes). Likewise, there are also psychological factors that bring about early ejaculation.
So, how can you control yourself from ejaculating too quickly? One way is to do PC muscle exercises. Your PC (pubococcygeus) muscle is the primary “sexual muscle” that forms part of the pelvis. The PC muscle is largely involved with sexual functions such as ejaculation and orgasm. With regular exercise, this muscle can provide firmer and larger erections, powerful ejaculations and more intense climaxes.
