17 year old with premature ejaculation problems..? -
when i turned 13 i started to experiment with masturbation till i was 15, sometimes 3 times a day, now that i am 17, when i try to have sex with my girl i seem to suffer from premature ejaculation, and it has come to a point to where i feel ashamed to even have sex with her. can anyone tell me how to fix this problem. any help will be appreciated.

It-s possible that when you were masturbating you got in the habit of bringing yourself to an orgasm as fast as possible. It-s an easy habit to get into, but it conditions your sexual response to work that way every time, and when you-re with a partner, it-s a disadvantage.
You can work on the problem by using masturbation as a practice session. Try to make it last. Vary your stroke so you build your excitement slowly. Learn to recognize the feelings in your body, as your excitement grows. Identify the feeling that tells you you-re getting close to coming, and slow or stop stimulating yourself at that point until your excitement calms again. After a while, the experience you gain at controlling your sexual response will carry over into your partner sex and you will be able to control your response with your partner.
In the short term, having an orgasm shortly before having sex with your partner will take the edge off your sexual tension, and make it easier to have a slower build up to excitement with her. Also concentrate on pleasing your partner with your mouth and your hand, kissing and stroking her all over. Forget you even have a penis at the beginning of your session. See if you can make her come once before you even enter her. If she-s already popped once or twice before you get started, she-ll consider you a rare jewel and won-t mind if you finish fairly quick once you hop on.
