Problem... I have premature ejaculation. How can I fix this? -

Well... I know for sure I have premature ejaculation because I can only last about 1-3 minutes if that. The longest I-ve lasted was about 10 minutes but that was only ONCE after the 2nd time she made me ejaculate. So I was wondering if there was any help for this?

Being married has the benefit of marriage adjustment. That means that you establish a frequency of sex that brings you to a point of enjoying the sex and able to last long enough to please your Lady, because it becomes more common place, and your body isn-t in a desperate state of wanting to come off to release your load.

That could look like Making Love one to three times per day for the first several years, but once you find the frequency of intercourse that brings to lasting longer and enjoying it more, you can go with it and continue as nature works in your body.

The amount of sex to reach that balance is slightly different with each person or couple.

Practicing casual sex has the down side that you won-t likely ever get to that balance because the inconsistency of your sex life, and you stay in a desperate to come off mode, and looking for ways to counter act natural urgency.

Exercise To Cure Premature Ejaculation

The Start Stop Technique : The basic technique is stimulation of the penis until just before the point of orgasm, and then stopping stimulation until arousal is lower. Start stimulating again and the process is repeated until desired length of time until orgasm is reached, You may lose your erection when you stop the stimulation, but just start again. The most Important part of this exercise is to try everyday if possible. This exercise may take 3-5 months for improvement.

Pelvic floor muscles : Stop the flow of urine while you are peeing. As you are peeing, intentionally stop the flow of urine. Do this several times until you can clearly feel the muscle you are using to stop the flow.

Kegel exercises. Those are exercises in which you contract the same muscles that you use to stop your urine flow when you go pee. Contract for several seconds then release. Do this 1000 repetitions in a row every day. After a week, hand a wash cloth from your erect penis and again do 1000 repetitions. When you get more comfortable with that, then you can wet the wash cloth to create even more resistance.

Your woman can do these exercises, too. It will make her feel tighter, and supposedly it-s supposed to make it easier for her to reach orgasm.
first thing you are not alone. When i first got with my husband he suffered from the same thing it sorted its self out, sometimes it fixes itself but sometimes it needs medical attention. as far as i know there is nothing wrong, just type it in the search engine and you should find lost of help, hope it helps
I haven-t been able to find a way that always works in 20 years :-) It-s mostly in your mind. Need to slow down when you get close to the point.

Masturbating before intercourse usually helps, but how soon you can get aroused again is another thing to consider.
If you are new to sex, this is totally normal. I agree practice helps. If you wear a condom, it may help reduce the stimulation a bit.
If you continue having a problem long term, a urologist can give you a mini dose of antidepressant to help.
