the problem that i do suffer of PME is that i just can-t last for more than 5 minutes...wanted to consult a doc..or a clinic in this regard..but i do only have an NHS registeration of london..so were should i be consulting..
No need to feel stressed because of this. The timing is perfectly alright. All you need is reassurance and awareness of the fact that you are not suffering from the PME. If you continue to feel unduly anxious about timing, it is quite likely that you might fall a victim to what is known as the self-fulfilling prophecy. Please try to understand that you are perfectly normal and enjoy yourself to the hilt.Being a doctor myself I can vouch for the same.
Ask your doctor to refer you to a sexual health consultant.
By the way - one remedy for PE - is to ejaculate (by masturbation) BEFORE making love to your partner - the second time around ALWAYS takes longer (from experience)
