my friend used heroin alot over a 2 month period. he-s not using it anymore and he thinks he-s done with withdrawls but he-s still having problems. he-s not so much worried about having urination problems, but he is v ery worried about not being able to ejaculate. is this permanant or does anyone know how long it takes for these side effects to go away?

i-m glad he has come to his senses and has discontinued using,,, i hope only for the best, and that he can shake this addiction now ;-)

I-m almost 14 years old. Ever since I started ejaculating around a year ago, I-ve noticed that after I masturbate, some of my semen comes out when I urinate. I guess maybe I was born with it. I take a drug called 6MP, or Mercaptopurine because I have Crohn-s disease. I starting taking it several months before I noticed this problem. It-s an immuno-suppressant drug, and I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Check the side effects of the drug you are on, since the retro thing started after taking your medication for a while there could be a connection there. Whenever I ejaculate, there is always a pain at the head of my penis. It is only painful when the semen is actually coming out. The pain seems to travel up the shaft (probably as the seamen is travelling) then ends up at the head. It is most painful at the top. Quite quickly after ejaculation the hypersensitivity comes but the pain is different to that feeling so I know it has nothing to do with that. I had a look online but found very little information. The only answer I found was an STI which I know I don-t have. Could there be a problem with my sperm duct or something? I have had this problem for a few months now. Please answer as it is putting me off on of my favourite past times ;-).

P.S. I am 14 so could this be related to puberty?

I don-t think it-s related to your puberty. It seems strange if it only happens when you c-u-m, and not when you pee.
