Well I knew a guy with this very problem and well at first it can be enjoyable for the woman but I can understand it poses a few problems I would suggest to start off by trying different things like perhaps the female can suck on it for awhile followed by a hand job then get on top and ride then take turns to where you get on top and ride
try different positions take a break and go at it again
In a way I would consider yourself lucky at least you are not a minute man and there are so many different ways to try especially when each way brings forth a new sensation. Have a phantasy try that. I just hope you have the right woman that will work with this for you
