Problems with urination/ejaculation. Prostate or bladder involved? -
For the past few months I have had difficulty urinating, needing to go frequently, and once I get to a restroom, feeling constricted and pressured. It will take 30-60 seconds to start urinating, and the whole time is spent moreso pushing it out as opposed to free-flowing. Soon after I will need to relieve myself again.I believe another branch of this problem is with my ejaculations. When I ejaculate, I feel clogged up and hardly any residue comes out of my penis. This sometimes leads to an uneasy uncomfortable feeling in my guts, as though my semen is stuck somewhere along the way.
Does this sound to be moreso related to my bladder or my prostate, or perhaps something else altogether. Any recommendations on what I should try to do to overcome this?

The most likely cause id from gender confusion.
You look like a woman on the outside yet you say you have a penis. Maybe the plumbing is screwed up.
OR
Maybe you are just messing with the guys?
if you are a man maybe go to the doctor where he will do a digital exam, not fun unless you have a small asian woman as your doctor
If you are a female you don-t have a prostate so you should look for a urinary infection of some kind.
