Me and my girlfriend have dated 1 year and 5 months, we first had sex within the first 2-3 months of our relationship, and i lasted quite long, around couple hours with breaks in between. But we didnt have sex for quite a while and we got back around a year into our relationship, but ive noticed that when we have sex now, i ejaculate very quickly, around a min into it, than i thought to myself, wtf happend?! i lasted hours before. So i came on yahoo to ask, how do i change this, i really want to go back to lasting a long time and i miss it, we use safe sex, condom and check once and a while. Ive heard stories that b4 you ejaculate, think of something off topic like the weather or sports. And or switch positions before you are about to as well. Ive heard stuff like that and go to a doctor or take drugs. I was wonderin on how to resolve all this crap.
Ejaculation is a process completely controlled by the mind.If you can control your thoughts,you can stop this problem completely.
