Lack of control--it is not a common condition esp younger men and should be looked into by a family doctor. Could also be that the man is only concerned with himself( not true premature ejaculation) and not bothering to wait if woman or partner being satisfied. Although some men may balk at seeing a doctor concerning this for feel embarrassed to admit this problem necessary to rule out it being related to a physical ailment that can easily be remedied but if my man had this problem my understanding would be limited and I-d insist he seek help for there is definite real help for this condition for not a permanent condition or else... .
