According to the Viagra website, it does not help against premature ejaculation
Viagra can cause your heart to stop I-m sure you don-t want to die at that crucial moment you only want to go to heaven. What you can probably do is when you feel it coming you can withdraw and start foreplay again or pinch the head. Best of luck next time
i might be wrong but how can viagra prevent pre-ejaculation, it just makes you hard as nails and able to bang non stop, gr8 for orgys :D.
If you want to prevent pre-ejeculation get her to blow you before hand
