I am 23 years old and I��m circumcised. When I-m stressed and stuck at home for long time I masturbate a lot. I mean once or twice everyday. I masturbate without using any kind lubricant. It never seemed to cause any trouble before. But lately I started to feel some irritation around the tip and the circumcised part of my penis. Use lube when dry and itchy. But most guys don-t use any lube, the ones that need it are the ones who grip too hard or go too fast. I am skinny and want to gain weight. Suffering from premature ejaculation Please Help...? -

I am 24 yrs old. 5-6- weighing around 46kg. unmarried.

Premature Ejaculation Question, Help Please? -

I have not had any problems with premature ejaculation until recently, which was a big suprise the first time it happened. I recently had varicocele surgery, and it has been 2 weeks since the surgery. I waited to required 1 week before resuming sexual activity after the surgery. I had not experienced the premature ejaculation until after the surgery. I-m concerned that the surgery may be linked to the premature ejaculation in some way.
