Semen and precum are not the same thing. Precum comes from your cowpers gland and is clear and sticky. Semen is a mix of prostate fluid and sperm from your seminal vesicles. Semen and get a girl pregnant, while precum does have a small amount of sperm in it probably won-t get a girl pregnant. Precum come first and is clear then semen comes which is think and cloudy.

I just masturbated today, and for the first time I actually shot ***. And it hurt my penis bad after ejaculation, i am 16 and dont know what to do, my testicles have been hurting the past day. Tho they hurt it i sit down and hit them and stuff. Please tell me whats wrong.

After you ejaculate that first one do you experience the same thing on round 2. If not don-t worry. My boyfriend and I are very active sexually. We don-t use rubbers but that is still no excuse. When you ejaculate during a wet dream, is there supposed to be sperm (visible) within the contents. What if its just a clear gel like ejaculation, does that mean you dont have sperm. Is that what its supposed to look like normally, like a clear gel like stuff?

Sperm are tiny so you can-t see them. Ejaculate can be clear or cloudy and it can contain sperm. You don-t have to orgasm to have sperm in the ejaculate.
that-s just natural lubricant your body is producing. I-d be worried if it didn-t!
